Satguru Nanak Sahib in Thika(Kenya).
There were establisment of Indian Traders in Thika in early 16th century.Thika was built in 14th century. The 14th, 15th and 16th century map of Kenya clearly confirms this.On the request of the traders,which were settled on Lusaka Road Nairobi( Please note that now Industrial area is located on Lusaka Road). In modern times, since the last of 19th century, the traders in general, and Indian Traders in particular, were settled in Indian -Bazaar, again named as Bazaar, now called Biashara(Traders in Swahilli language) St.(ref. We Came In Dows,by Cynthia).There is map of Historic Nairobi in the vol.-I of this book.Old Thika was lying Between Temple Road and Thika falls. Thika Falls are lcated on River Thika.Hence, Satgur's Diwan were held between Temple Road and Thika Falls.
